Job Description

JOB DETAIL

Job Title: chief of staff /Business officer

Duration: 06 Months

Location: Tampa FL (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and support throughout new hire onboarding process.
  • Support the development of communication across multiple platforms including SharePoint, Email and Newsletters.
  • Support the team employee engagement / VOE initiatives.
  • Prepare key presentations and communications to a wide range of stakeholders, including the internal team, regulators, front line units and Risk leadership.
  • Assist leadership in execution financial responsibilities including budget approvals, travel requests etc.
  • Support coordination, planning and production of materials for Town Halls, Leadership Offsites, and other team events.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of contractors, including onboarding and tracking of contractors in line with approved budget.
  • Support the organization governance related activities including controls monitoring, issues management and coordinating the quarterly and annual risk assessment process across the team.
  • Manage the organization headcount reporting to ensure headcount is forecasted, budgeted, and tracked, partnering closely with the Risk and ERM CAO teams.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Knowledge/previous experience in Risk Management desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Previous experience within a highly complex, global financial institution or related industry
  • Previous experience working in a transformation program in a highly regulated environment desirable.
  • 6+ years relevant experience in business management, a CAO/COO/COS role, finance, or related field.
  • High proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentation development.
