Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our brand's growth on a global scale. As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our ambitious revenue target of tripling our revenue in 2023. Your expertise in digital marketing, market research, brand development, and team leadership will play a vital role in positioning Multiplier as a market leader in our industry. This is a key leadership role that requires a visionary, strategic thinker with a strong track record of success in scaling businesses and driving customer acquisition and retention through innovative marketing initiatives


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with Multiplier's overall objectives and drives brand growth globally.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and events.
  4. Drive brand positioning and awareness initiatives across multiple channels and markets, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful storytelling that resonates with our target audience.
  5. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative marketing strategies to capitalize on them.
  6. Collaborate closely with the executive team to establish marketing goals and KPIs, and regularly report on performance metrics.
  7. Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to drive individual and team success.
  8. Build and nurture strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  9. Drive lead generation efforts by optimizing conversion funnels, managing marketing automation platforms, and leveraging data-driven insights.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and drive innovation in marketing strategies and tactics.
  11. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most impactful initiatives and ensuring a positive return on investment.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience (at least 12 years) in strategic marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing, brand development, and global marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  5. Experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive marketing insights and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  8. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges and make informed decisions.
  9. Global mindset and experience working in a multicultural environment, with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and customer preferences.
  10. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industry influencers, and media outlets.
