We seek a results-focused, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team as the Global CHRO. You will be expected to lead a global team of HR directors and managers in multiple countries to drive strategic human capital changes:
You will:
  • Through executive coaching, delivered by both yourself and third-party facilitators, challenge, build, and manage global companywide leadership initiatives that develop shared purpose and articulated vision
  • Consult, support, and counsel key leaders in developing team talent strategies that meet ambitious company growth goals, and build a work environment where employees flourish and grow
  • Drive and execute global processes that provide outstanding results in succession plans, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, and compensation and rewards.
  • Build a culture of excellence by building a strategic world-class HR organization including but not limited to employment law compliance, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Employee Relations, and Communications, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Partner with global HR teams, Leaders, Executives, and Line Managers to handle all people management matters to measure and monitor all employee analytics.
  • Provide tools and guidelines to execute employment policies and compliance standards by establishing and developing strategy to optimize the technology and software systems that would automate non-value added work by both the organization and the global HR teams., Implementing employment agreements, contracts, and policies and procedures. Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, reviews and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Create and lead Global Compensation & Benefits Program to help reduce turnover and related costs. Strategy must be based on data, evidence-based, and industry benchmarks to retain key talent and attract top talent. Must have the ability to study our business which includes employee and pay surveys, company positioning, against the market and managing benefits offerings accordingly that promotes wellness, employee health, company loyalty, and workplace longevity.
Requirements
You should have:
  • With a 10+ years leading transformation of organizations through growth
  • Master’s degree in human capital management is preferred; SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP very desirable
  • Multicultural experience working within several countries and time zones
