About Our Client
Our client is an established Real Estate / Construction company that has been in business for 20+ years

• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants, bank reporting requirements
• Oversee cash flow needs on a daily and monthly basis
• Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis
• Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed, resolve any open and outstanding items
• Position will be responsible for supervision, management, and development of entire accounting department
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
• Maintain the chart of accounts- including related reconciliations
• Quarterly - payroll taxes
• Streamline accounting procedures and processes as possible
• Maintain corporate records books
• Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report
• Provide for a system of management cost report
• Annual - business privilege taxes, payroll taxes, 1099's, heavy vehicle use tax
• Monthly - sales and use tax reports and payments
• Issue timely and complete financial statements
• Ensure that accounts payable are properly processed and paid in a timely manner

• Experience leading a team
• 15+ Years of Real Estate and or Construction accounting experience
