Chief Financial Officer Jobs

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer/ Controller.
Responsibilities Of The Chief Financial Officer

• Drive the clients' financial planning, including overseeing clients' budgeting and planning processes
• Overseeing legal contracts, administrative, and HR functions
• Participate in business development and new client development activities
• Developing and implementing a reporting scorecard across key business processes and functions
• Support clients in business development negotiations
• Supervise all finance personnel assigned to client engagements (controllers & bookkeepers)
• Preparing clients' board materials
• Providing analytical support in cost analysis
• Maintaining relationships with lending institutions, auditing/tax partners, and financial community
• Developing financial models to forecast clients' growth
• Lead M&A or fundraising due diligence efforts for clients, as applicable
• Managing multiple client engagements
• Manage cash flow and cash forecasting for clients
• Control and evaluate organizations' fundraising plans and capital structure
• Assist in furthering the development of a team-oriented environment of likeminded consulting CFO's

Required Skills Of The Chief Financial Officer

• Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Excellent communication and people skills
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• CPA is a plus
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
