Essential Functions:

• Supports Cerner customers using research/analysis, troubleshooting and testing skills.
• Potential for minimal travel may occur.
• Completes other projects as assigned by the Management team.
• Reviews continuing education materials that go out with each software update to remain knowledgeable on system functionality and software updates.
• Applies best practices when educating our clients in their software utilization.
• Proficient in the Cerner software application
• Participates in Cerner customer conferences when required
