Changing lives. Gold standard opportunity to become the Center Director for the Carville Job Corps Center. Plan, coordinate and direct the total administrative and programmatic activities for the center. Coordinates with corporate personnel, Department of Labor, and contractor personnel to ensure efficient functions and contract compliance. Establish plans, programs, goals and objective to ensure achievement and success. Responsible for contract, budget, programs, staff and students. Establish and maintain close contact with government, community, civic and news media officials to promote acceptance and involvement of the Job Corps Programs. Provide leadership to all staff and programs for all students.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in education, behavioral science, or related field and six years experience in program management and direction. Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
