Casualty Claims Analyst Jobs

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is currently partnered with a large insurance company with a national presence in recruiting for a Casualty Claims Analyst to handle personal lines casualty claims. This is a fully remote position with travel to the office as required.

• Travel as necessary to attend proceedings such as mediations, arbitrations and trials is required. Some overnight and/or extended travel may be necessary.
• Handle moderate-to-high severity casualty claims while demonstrating a high degree of competency in the areas of investigations & file documentation skills, medical terminology & injury knowledge, negotiation & communication skills and litigation management / strategy skills
• Create peace of mind while building enduring relationships with our customers
• Assist with various casualty claims initiatives, including assisting with technical training, pilot programs and other assigned projects

Requirements

• Strong litigation management and negotiating skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Completion of insurance designation program (CPCU, AIC, etc) is preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of claims adjusting experience
• Experience handling moderate to high severity casualty claims and claims involving litigation is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong coverage and organizational skills
