As a Toll Operator working onsite in the Garcon Point Bridge tollbooth in Milton, FL, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What You'll be Doing

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Complete operations reports and balance cash deposits at end of shift
• Be the face and smile of the toll collection operations requiring individual service
• Make changes, issue receipts and write insufficient fund slips
• Classify and collect proper toll amounts from motorists traveling through the toll lane

What You Bring to the Role

• Your pleasant and customer service-oriented manner
• Cash handling experience on a computerized system
• Work shifts that will likely include weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current valid Florida driver's license

Physical Requirements of the Role

• Ability to determine vehicle classification by visual inspection
• Ability to walk long distances
• Ability to safely walk across toll lanes and climb/descend stairs while carrying up to 30 pounds
