Cannabis Maintenance Manager Jobs

Viridian Staffings (www.viridianstaffing.com) Client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a fast-growing cannabis company in the NE Tampa, Florida, area. This is a permanent position.

In this role, you will supervise the Maintenance and Sanitation teams; schedule repairs and maintenance for AC units; maintain records of preventative maintenance; and oversee inspections and equipment installation. You will also oversee the irrigation and electrical systems while maintaining daily inspections inside and outside the facility. As the manager, you will oversee health and safety standards and compliance and perform audits to confirm compliance with all operational processes. You will support the training of maintenance associates with comprehension of company SOPs, safety measures, and operation of all facility equipment.
You should have 5 years of experience over maintenance in a medium or larger scale facility. Ideally you will have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and/or building equipment. You have solid communication skills. The ideal candidate for this role must be proficient in Computerized Maintenance Systems. You must also be eligible to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Florida. Bachelors degree in a mechanical or electrical related discipline preferred.
Salary: $80,000
