Job Description
Description


  • Will be working in the MRO (medical review officer) department
  • Will be placing outbound calls to collection sites where the individual took the drug screen to request paperwork, manually sending faxes to collection sites, and then calling pharmacies to understand when the individual got the prescription filled (if at all)
  • Will be taking inbound calls from individuals who have taken a drug screen anywhere in the country and they have to identify if the person has a medical exemption for what has come up on their drug test
  • Acting as a middle man between someone taking a drug screen and the lab that has released the information electronically to the company

Must Have


Additional Skills & Qualifications:


  • Someone who has the ability to multi-task (i.e. taking a call while entering notes and sending an email)
  • Someone who has experience taking phones calls in previous roles
  • Someone who is patient and understanding
  • Someone who is looking for an opportunity to advance in their career
  • Someone who prides themselves on their accuracy in a role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (retail, call center, administrative, etc.) / the company is very open to experience


Nice To Have


  • Previous experience in the healthcare space / specifically dealing with prescriptions
  • Previous call center experience


Resume Expectations


  • Short job tenure (i.e. all contract jobs or a few months here and there)
  • Ideally want to see someone in each job for more than 1 year
  • No large gaps in resume (especially ones that cannot be explained)
