Pay: With competitive pay up to $60,000/year , this on-site operations management position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic team that has fun and provides great customer service. YOUR DAY AS A CAFE STORE MANAGER As our Cafe Store Manager, you oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop while leading and modeling the overall culture, values, mission, and spirit of our company. You're an expert at building friendly relationships with customers and ensuring they come back and visit us again! Advising staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients, you ensure they consistently provide excellent customer service. Some of your other duties include managing inventory and coordinating with vendors to order supplies as well as ensuring food safety, food storage, and sanitation measures are met. Maintaining the store's appearance is another priority for you. This includes overseeing the seating area, condiment bar, and front-of-house/back-of-house areas as well as maintaining and caring for equipment. You provide timely schedules for the team and ensure all policies and rules are followed. As a Cafe Store Manager, you are also involved in the hiring and onboarding of new staff as well as training them on drink preparation, shop procedures, and the proper use of equipment. Regularly observing and coaching all staff, you provide feedback, celebrate successes, and foster a high-performance culture. When needed, you conduct employee reviews and ongoing coaching and training sessions to ensure consistently high levels of performance. You love leading your team, providing great customer service, and creating a great space for everyone!
THE IDEAL CAFE STORE MANAGER The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for customer service. The experience required for this operations management position are: 1+ years of management experience 1+ years of food & beverage experience Availability to work any schedule One or more years of high-volume drive-thru experience is preferred.
