PM Shift Needed

Responsibilities

+

Prepare espresso bar and fresh juice bar products

+

Clean and stock deli cases according to procedure and signage.

+

Maintain working knowledge of Coffee recipes and prepared foods.

+

Operate cash register, follows all front end and cash accountability procedures.

+

Assist in opening and/or closing of the café.

+

Greet all customers with a friendly smile.

+

Initiate rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.

+

Generate customer satisfaction; respond appropriately to customer concerns.

Qualifications

+

Previous coffee or Barista experience or similar position

+

1 year experience in customer service

+

Operate calmly and proactively in stressful situations

+

Able to work independently.

+

Able to lift 20 lbs, push/pull carts up to 40 lbs.

+

Able to speak, read, write, and understand English
