Day To Day Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental drafting tasks and coordinate with various engineering disciplines.
• Apply basic knowledge of building codes, standards and other criteria in the development of project designs.
• Responsible for design of mechanical / HVAC, plumbign and fire protection systems for MEP projects.
• Perform field work during design and construction phases of projects, including documentation of existing conditions and site surveys.
• Collaborate with engineering team members in cross-functional setting and collaborate to ensure that the design is accurate and that contract responsibilities are met according to client's expectations.
• Develop CAD drawings and Revit models, diagrams and layouts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.‎
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.‎
• 1-2 years of previous experience in building system design, including HVAC, ‎electrical and plumbing systems.‎
• Associates or Technical Degree in Engineering Technology, CADD or applicable field of ‎study.‎
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, innovative environment.
• Must have the ability to work occassional overtime.
