Cad Drafter Iii Jobs

We're seeking a skilled Drafter III to join our team, specializing in AutoCAD and proficient in Revit. Your role involves project management, design optimization, mentoring junior drafters, occasional site visits, and seamless communication with managers and engineers. Requirements and Responsibilities

·Must be proficient in AutoCAD with over 5 years experience in residential and/or building drafting.

·Must be proficient in REVIT with minimum 1 year experience.

·Tasks with some template manipulations and block creation as needed.

·Advanced knowledge and implementation of designing elements and connections to assist engineers in streamlining/shortening job time frames through the full setup to submittal process.

·Involved in cross training and mentoring Drafters 1 & 2.

·Minor assistance with the redlining process.

·Occasional trips into the field to participate in site visits.

·Direct communication and interaction with manager and engineers to better delegate and assist workflow.
