Cabinet Assembler I - Solder Capable

MoboTrex has an opportunity to join our growing organization as a full-time Assembler/Solder at our location in Pflugerville, TX. Must be able to work Mon-Fri 7am - 3:30 pm.

Cabinet Assembler – Solder Capable

Candidate responsible for soldering and assembling. Must demonstrate quality workmanship.

Essential Job Functions:

• A Solder Test will be performed on campus post interview.
• Hand solder wire to terminal blocks
• Accurately terminated and route wires at the designated locations as described by an electrical diagram.
• Must be able to read bills of materials, drawings, electronic blueprints assembly instructions.
• Must be able to work in fine detail.
• Solder to a level 1 capability. Thru hole only (no SMT) preferred. Willingness to learn to solder/will train.

Requirements

Experience:

• IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification is a plus but not required.
• 2 years of electro-mechanical or electronics experience
• Experience with cable assemblies, wire cutting, lugging, tinning a plus.
• Hand Solder experience in a production environment

Physical Requirements:

• Sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 25lbs. to 35 lbs.

Education:

• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
