A growing medical device company is looking to bring on a new Buyer to join their team. As a Buyer, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating supply chain requirements as well as help and schedule material procurement forecast plans. Responsibilities:

• Handle all correspondences concerning delivery shortages, price increases, and planning procurement.
• Responsible for supplier selection, supply chain development, pricing, forecasting and planning procurement.
• Act as a liaison and point of contact between the client and external suppliers.
• Manage and coordinate supply chain requirements to help support and maintain production of devices.

Requirements

• Knowledge or ability of ERP/MRP planning systems required
• 3+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing setting; medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred
