KPS Global is looking for a Buyer, to join the Strategic Sourcing Group.

KPS Global operations are located across various geographic regions in the US. As such, it is necessary that procurement support production-operations by developing and managing high levels of support from its supply chain. Reporting to the KPS Purchasing Manager in Fort Worth, the Buyer will be a team player that can manage assigned tactical and strategic purchasing assignments with the supply chain for all internal and external customers.

The Buyer assists the purchasing team in ordering and managing buyouts that Sales has quoted for customers. Maintain and operate off the Buyer Workbench daily to order what is needed for customers. Work with Vendors to communicate specific buyouts, dates, and tracking information thru a Vendor Portal. Work with various reports to manage Supply Chain Metrics, Past Dues and AP Holds on a daily basis.

Required Skills

• Power BI experience or willingness to learn will be ideal.
• Good organizational skills and experience working with teams.
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, above average Excel experience, and Outlook).
• Smartsheet knowledge or willingness to learn will be ideal.

Required Experience

Associate degree and/or four (2-4) years of job experience
