Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing SAP solutions in procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and engineering. Your role will involve optimizing business processes, ensuring seamless SAP integration, and enhancing operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly experienced candidate with a strong SAP implementation background, proficiency in business process reengineering, and in-depth knowledge of procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and engineering operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of SAP solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure SAP modules accordingly.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of SAP transformation initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance and support to address user concerns and resolve SAP functionality or system performance issues.
• Drive business process reengineering initiatives, eliminating redundancies, and streamlining operations across functional areas.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP solutions for procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and engineering, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure smooth user adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP developments, trends, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation projects in procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and engineering.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, PP, SD, PM) and best practices in the respective domains.
• Demonstrated expertise in business process reengineering, change management, and organizational transformation.
• Excellent analytical skills to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
• Strong project management skills, including multitasking and delivering projects on time and within budget.
