This opportunity will sit on site in our corporate office in a hybrid schedule at least 3 days a week.

Business Systems Analyst - Finance

Responsibilities:

• Driving testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.
• Acting as the functional/technical subject matter expert for Pharmacann’s Finance Systems and other integrated software components.
• Work with product managers to build a comprehensive product roadmap of forward looking capabilities.
• Working with internal and external technical experts to validate assumptions, draft acceptance criteria/technical specifications and draft test plans.
• Capturing and translating business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end to end automated solutions.
• Working with internal customers to deeply understand, document,and manage business processes, target pain points, and work with internal/external teams to scope and prioritize enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of accounting/finance principles - GL, Intercompany, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, Inventory and Cost Accounting
• Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced work environment
• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology.
• 5+ years of experience working with financial applications in a large corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment are essential.
• Possess an understanding of financial processes, such as close, consolidations & reporting, planning and forecasting and reporting.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• PMP, SAFE certified
• Prior working experience with Finance module in Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Business Central ERP
• Professional certifications in Finance - CPA, CMA etc.,
