Process Automation Solutions Lead

As a Process Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial part of our process & business automation team at Mimacom USA. Collaborating closely with our sister product company Flowable with the aim of providing our clients with end-to-end expert knowledge in process and case management, and how they can design, build and run functional solutions with Flowable.

What you will be doing:

As a Process Automation Solutions Lead, you will help our customers to pave their way to process automation with BPMN, CMMN and DMN.

• Teamwork: self-organized, cross-functional, dedicated and agile teams
• Software Architecture (hands-on): focus on the design of the overall system architecture, collaborate with your teammates and customer representatives to find the right solution for our clients, and accompany the project from start to finish line
• Strong & Reliable Partner: Enable our clients to run digital processes by creating custom solutions with Flowable as the core component and help improve expertise within the company

What you will need:

Are you a team player with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset? Amazing, on the technical side you will need:

• Knowledge of BPM frameworks/products/standards (CMMN, BPMN, DMN)
• Experience with microservices and distributed system architectures
• Hands-on experience with Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot

A big plus would be:

• Experience with BPM products (Flowable, Camunda, Activiti, Pega, Appian, IBM BPM)
• Experience in presales, supporting sales teams in the acquisition of new customers
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript web frameworks (React, Angular or Vue.js)
• Experience in designing distributed software solutions that leverage cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
