Job Description
What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized Process Analyst to join their Business Process and Analytics Team for Inside Sales. This role will own business processes across Inside Sales channels and will constantly identify opportunities to make the business more efficient while enhancing the customer and advisor experience.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Inside Sales and its workflows across the organization. They will understand how the team’s work impacts other internal teams at Tesla to ensure that our processes are aligned with Tesla’s success. They will have the capacity to work at high speed with a high-caliber team, an unwavering dedication to integrity, and a passion to build world-changing innovations. To succeed in this role, you enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders, creating initiatives to support a strategic goal, and managing projects with multiple teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Thoroughly test changes with inter-departmental stakeholders and Inside Sales business users to ensure desired impact
  • Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance through volume and efficiency gains, advisor and customer satisfaction, and project success metrics
  • Analyze business processes and workflows for improvement and automation opportunities
  • Document process changes via knowledge base articles, support pages, and supplementary training guides to ensure best practices are adopted
  • Maintain tight partnerships with stakeholders from other departments necessary to execute changes
  • Understand and influence strategic goals, customer needs, and business objectives
  • Implement changes widely with Inside Sales business users responsible for managing and operating business processes through education and training
  • Continually question the manner in which Inside Sales operates it businesses to ensure optimal organizational efficiency while maintaining a positive culture that delights and surprises Tesla customers
  • Vet process changes by clearly defining business impact and success metrics with Inside Sales leaders and advisors

  • Experience with sales focused call center operations / tools
  • 1+ Years Process / Change Management Experience
  • Proficient in creating, managing, and prioritizing changes in JIRA
  • Passion for Tesla’s products and belief in Tesla’s mission to accelerate the transition toward sustainable energy
