Inside Sales Support Analyst Jobs

1+ Years Process / Change Management Experience

Implement changes widely with Inside Sales business users responsible for managing and operating business processes through education and training

Document process changes via knowledge base articles, support pages, and supplementary training guides to ensure best practices are adopted

Experience with sales focused call center operations / tools

Positively influence others through strong collaborative and communicative skills

Analyze business processes and workflows for improvement and automation opportunities

Experience working with all levels of management.

Partners with Sales management to track incentives, goals, performance and makes suggestions for improvement.

Fulfills ad-hoc requests for information from Sales management.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level to include experience building pivot tables / visual data for presentations.

Leverages sales reporting and critical thinking abilities to provide the sales leadership team insights through data, reports, and analytics.

Experience pulling data from systems and performing data analysis.

Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong research and data analysis skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

At least one year of experience in sales support and analysis.

**This is a part-time, remote position of approximately 10-15 hours per week.**
