Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Business Operations Specialist to join the BCA Delivery Operations team based out of Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Applies this information in a way that contributes to the organizations strategic plan and bottom line.
  • Knowledgeable of how the business operates; knowledgeable of policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the business and organization; understands the competition and the marketplace.
  • Partner with team to enable performance improvement of Delivery Center deliverables via Obeya, VSM, HLA, OneBPS, FSCC, and other BCA integration/prioritization activities.
  • Use Business Operations skills to enable predictability and stability of BCA delivery center activities.
  • Key Functional Competencies: Systems Thinking, Business Acumen, Project Management, Builds Positive Relationships, Global Perspective, and Communication.
  • Develop and use collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Builds rapport and trust among stakeholders and demonstrates the organization's dynamics to promote program goals by focusing on a shared vision.
  • Understands how to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal network; understands the cultures of organizations.
  • Activities may include Operating Rhythm, MIS, RIO, Statement of Work management, Forecasting, Airplane delivery schedule analysis, capacity planning and working through supply chain for contracting.
  • Multiple Positions: FSCC BusOps Leader - primary Everett, EDC Program BusOps – Everett.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.


This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
  • 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
  • 3+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing cross functional teams
  • 3+ years working in Business Operations, or Finance related or planning related field
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years supporting the coordination of commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies
  • 3+ years of experience working closely with cross functional organizations to manage statement of work
Typical Education/Experience:
Mid-Level (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range (Level 3): $93,000.00 - $101,000.00
Summary pay range (Level 4): $116,000.00 – $125,000.00
