Job Description
Job Responsibilities

The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Business Operations Analyst will support recruitment data, system, and operations activities. You will work closely with Recruiters, HRIS, Reporting and HR Support Teams. Our mission is to provide a positive end user experience for candidates, hiring managers and the GTA team.

The successful candidate will support the GTA hiring process and drive operational effectiveness through improved business or system processes using data insights to drive decisions and actions. We are looking for someone positive and flexible, who can shift gears at a moment’s notice. This candidate would enjoy collaboration, being organized, demonstrating strong attention to detail, and is motivated by systems and data.

Other Job Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve data integrity issues in the ATS
  • Manage small projects/tasks related to GTA reporting, processes, programs, and systems.
  • Clearly document and map processes (using MS Visio) and system changes
  • Provide regular status updates and audit reports on GTA metrics through multiple systems.
  • Perform user acceptance testing from application to hire systems and identify downstream implications in SAP ATS.
  • Vendor management of tools and systems that support the hiring process (i.e. Gartner, LinkedIn, Circa)
  • Manage and respond to GTA tickets and escalations
  • Collaborate with HRIS team to troubleshoot system and resolve issues.
  • Create and present training material/videos (Camtasia/Voiceover software) to successfully launch updates to GTA processes, programs, and systems.
  • Manipulate, analyze, and present GTA data insights clearly in graphs/charts using Excel and Visier tool
  • Drive global standard hiring processes with users for compliance and efficiency
  • Champion continuous improvement in metrics, processes, and systems using research tools to benchmark best practices and best-known methods.
  • Quickly learn, administer, and train team on new add-on systems that augment the ATS (HiredScore)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent Excel skills (i.e., pivots, graphs, VLOOKUP’s and formulas)
  • Experience in ATS systems and databases required (SuccessFactors preferred and Visier tool a plus)
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency with an emphasis on delivering results
  • Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High level of self-initiative
  • Effective time management skills with attention to detail is a must
  • This position for majority of time will be virtual and working PST schedule.
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrated flexibility and resilience
  • Experience in project management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of prior related experience in a fast-paced environment (GTA a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range for this position: $55,000- $122,000.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside in California and most states. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
