About The Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at GETIDA, you will collaborate across the enterprise to identify analytic gaps, prioritize solution development, and create actionable insights using Tableau and other reporting tools. As a key member of the Revenue Team, the Business Intelligence Analyst will present findings cross-functionally and to various levels of leadership within the company and are expected to feel confident in doing so.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership to guide and assist in creating data feeds according to defined specifications
• Bring analysis to the revenue/finance teams by delivering logical conclusions which help develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
• Develop and enhance reports and analytics using data from our data warehouse, leveraging Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting/analytics tools
• Be comfortable solving reporting gaps and collaborating with internal teams to ensure robust and reliable reporting solutions
• Act as a self-starter, demonstrating the ability to fulfill the functions of the role independently and thrive in an entrepreneurial-like environment
• Analyze and communicate client performance, providing insights to improve data quality and timeliness
• Stay informed and updated on evolving data specifications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
• Configure mapping tools to support translation from source data to desired formats, ensuring proper testing and documentation

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is highly desired
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL is essential
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong experience with ETL processes, analytics-driven reporting, and Microsoft BI stack, including SSIS

Physical Demands
