Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Support busy immigration practice with preparation of petitions and applications for various immigration matters, including, PERM, H-1B, L
  • Assist in preparing response to requests for evidence
  • Liaise and directly contact various government agencies
  • Manage busy caseload and assist with research and tracking of immigration law and procedures. Maintains oversight of individual caseload to ensure timely completion of work

Skills Needed:
  • High attention to detail, strong writing skills, and ability proactively manage and prioritize work in a timely manner
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity and experience with immigration case management
  • Must be experienced in preparing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions

Educational & Work Requirements:
  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree/Paralegal certification or Equivalent experience required
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of business immigration experience
