Job Description

Your success is measured in the number of clients who are choosing to use you and our company for all of their Disaster Restoration Needs. You actively research your local markets for new Property Managers and successfully book Discovery/Probe meetings to learn everything about their organization and how those needs are currently being addressed. Your presentation skills allow you to professionally present our unique value proposition in a convincing way, and you don’t shy away from asking for commitments.

Overview:

This position is responsible for building relationships with current clients in order to accelerate sales volume. In addition to developing existing accounts, this position will also need to create new customer relationships. You will work alongside our highly competent production staff to embody all aspects of the sales process to ensure high customer satisfaction levels while developing long-term relationships.


Essential Functions:

  • Set up weekly sales appointments
  • Discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
  • Complete Emergency Response Profiles (ERPs)
  • Executing the sales cycle in a timely fashion
  • Maintain assigned contact lists
  • Educate customers through lunch-and-learns
  • Participate in industry continuing educational events
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by:
  • Build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons C&C is the best restoration company
  • Participate in professional associations

Requirements:

  • Possess reliable transportation
  • Strong business and financial background
  • At least 3 years sales experience in the restoration industry preferred
  • Superb sales and customer service skills
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable utilizing technology including CRMs, smart phones, and computers
  • Process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Comfortable dealing face to face with customers
  • Excellent time management skills

Schedule:

Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)


Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
