The business development manager's responsibilities include building a relationship between the company and Influencers with large platforms and followings, developing business relationships between them and cohesive business to establish a win win relationship and facilitate sales, connecting the warm relationships to the CEO to close the deal, and additional high-quality lead generation.

Job Details


To be a successful Business Development Representative with us, you must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical and mathematical skills.


Responsibilities


  • Initiating contact with potential connections through introductions from current relationships, social media strategies, events, cold calling, responding to inquiries generated from advertisements, or other avenues to facilitate relationship building .
  • Present relationship benefits, product information, and connection to the executive team once you have identified the relationship would be beneficial for both parties.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Moving solid leads through the proven process, arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Meet and exceed company KPIs
  • Developing strategies and a proven process to draw in potential influencers, big relationships, and strategic business alliances.
  • Follow up with potential relationships who expressed interest but did not take next steps.


Requirements


  • Be able to sell milk to cows and water to whales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent outbound/inbound phone calls and email skills.
  • Accomplished social media strategist
  • Outstanding in-person and event presence.
