arrIVal IV Bar is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of IV therapy and wellness services in Colorado, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our clients through personalized intravenous treatments. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, drive customer engagement, and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote arrIVal IV Bar's services and products, targeting both new and existing customers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage the insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize business outcomes.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, print media, and events, to effectively reach the target audience and generate leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, press releases, brochures, and other promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and managing online reviews and feedback.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and partners to expand brand visibility, secure collaborations, and explore co-marketing opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to identify innovative strategies and tactics that can be applied to enhance the company's marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (X years) in marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research methodologies, and digital marketing strategies.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and events.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate brand messages.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
