Overview

The Business Intelligence product team plays a key role in defining and shaping the products and tools that Shift4 Merchants depend on daily to manage and understand their business. This team owns the business intelligence tools and portal features used by Shift4 Merchants across all major verticals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with development to scope requirements and deliverables, launch criteria, and success metrics
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for BI products and features
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, define key deliverables, and proposed value to the client
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to market changes to remain competitive and deliver on Client needs
• Utilize analytics and metrics to measure performance and continually improve product effectiveness

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
• 3+ years of product management experience
• A passion for technology, user experience, and continuous learning
• Experience defining product requirements and Agile user stories
