DSD Execution Analyst - :
The Analyst, DSD Execution has responsibility for analyzing all operational facets of our DSD infrastructure for the purpose of improving our efficiency and effectiveness. This is a highly analytical role which is expected to be “hands-on”. This role will create a holistic and comprehensive approach to evaluating core DSD KPIs. This includes route level health, in-store effectiveness measures, and key route transactional KPIs.
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Support analysis critical for route transactions and re-engineering
  • Follow action plan to address weak spots with Area GMs, including re-engineering within existing model.
  • Develop improvements, maintenance, and reporting of route health index tool.
  • Generate actionable insights and focus areas to improve overall route health score. Assess loans at risk, route turnover, and route risk.
  • Make assessments and improve IDP route health via Area GMs. Drive action plan to address weak spots, including re-engineering routes within existing model.
  • Support execution excellence strategies, initiatives, and performance measurement on a national basis. Provide information and influence for Area Planning teams to follow.
  • Compile national execution excellence scorecard for DSD metrics.
  • Analyze performance and communicate actionable insights to areas.
  • Generate reporting for route turnover, loan analysis, and infrastructure support. This includes causal summation and insights in partnership with RVPs.
Job Complexity/Scope:
  • Provide compelling case for action and influence results
  • Must be able to synthesize large amounts of data and translate to actionable insights.
  • Engage with key area operations leaders and their reports to leverage center-led insights.
  • Critical business partner to Field Sales team
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional groups and external vendor partners
Job Specifications:
  • B.A. required, 4+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Track record of generating insights and leveraging them to drive results
  • DSD Consumer Package Goods sales and Independent Distributor experience preferred
  • Ability to engage and develop skills of team members
  • Ability to drive change management and results
  • Strong process driven orientation and ability to deliver on strategic vision
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience
  • Strong collaboration & cross-functional engagement
Working Conditions:
  • Modest travel to headquarters and field locations is expected.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$85,900-$140,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
