Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management

Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with excel

Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset

Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3

Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

Location: Dallas, TX (work from home - must be local)

CPG field sales experience required

Territory: North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas

75% focus on in store execution.

Ability to drive change management and results

B.A. required, 4+ years of relevant experience

DSD Consumer Package Goods sales and Independent Distributor experience preferred

Strong customer service orientation and experience

Ability to engage and develop skills of team members

Develop improvements, maintenance, and reporting of route health index tool.

Experience in team leadership and people management including union representation

Knowledge of warehouse management systems and able to analyze and synthesize data

Commercial awareness and budget management

Knowledge of relevant legislation and requirements for the geography

Experience managing warehousing operations ideally in FMCG/CPG

Able to negotiate, influence and manage effective relationships with third-party partners
