Danışmanlığını yürütmekte olduğumuz eğlence sektöründeki iş ortağımızın kendi bünyesinde değerlendirmek üzere çok iyi seviyede İngilizce bilen (Mülakatın bir kısmı İngilizce gerçekleşecektir) Business&Data Analyst arayışımız bulunmaktadır.

Qualifications:

• Must have a broad knowledge of a BI tool experience, creating data structure and data visualization, preferably on Looker.
• Must have hands on experinece in SQL, prefereably experienced on PostgreSQL and Google Big Query
• Great understanding of business with data-driven result oriented point of view.

• Creating actionable insights
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Communicationg insights with the stakeholders to turn into action
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Follow up the action results

Expected Outputs:

• Working aligned and in cooperation with the BI Team in terms of using and maintaining the data source and reports.
• Bringing technical expertise on the data structure to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data.
• Setting alarms on KPIs
• Tracking KPIs which she/he is responsible for.
• Process, design, and present the data in ways to help businesses make better decisions
• Providing full data visibility via Looker to the stakeholders by building up a data-driven culture.

Delivery to Business:

• Providing KPI driven actionable insights
• Systematize early warnings for prevention of a possible problems
• Supporting for the C-Level reporting needs
• Creating team and person level dashboards
• Improving KPIs for the related business units (ex. increasing ROAS, decreasing break-even period, optimizing bonus costs, decreasing churn rate, increasing reactivation rate, increasing retention rate,depends on the stakeholder)
