Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success and management of the branch. Our Branch Managers plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control branch activities and functions to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus, leveraging the brand, and driving employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Optimizing the branch to provide service, complete tasks, and otherwise perform in an efficient manner.
- Maintain inventory control with thorough knowledge of cost of goods, turn-ratio, ordering and receiving products, etc.
- Consistently administering company policies and procedures throughout the branch.
- Assuming full operational responsibility for profit and loss related activities.
- Partnering with local management and personnel to maintain best practices for safety in the field.
- Financial analysis to identify trends and prospective problem areas and taking immediate action based on findings.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that retains and expands branches customer base.
- Establishing a team culture among service and installation personnel and holding the team to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and maintaining job satisfaction among personnel by completing annual performance evaluations and salary reviews in a thorough and timely manner.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the organization that reflects the mission and core values of the company.
- Oversee recruiting, selecting, and training all branch employees.
- Preparing business forecasts, budgets, and other reports in addition to monitoring the timely flow of paperwork necessary to the branch.
- Developing new programs and executing established plans to meet and exceed sales goals.

Desired Skills, Certifications, and Education:
- Ability to self-start and motivate a group of individuals to act as team towards a common goal.
- Demonstrated proficiency with multi-tasking alongside time management skills and the ability to prioritize and plan.
- Build a team culture by recruiting, motivating, and training the staff.
- Self-motivated to follow through the estimate process from inception to completion.
- Analyze cost and forecast data to ensure alignment with the branch’s goals and objectives.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills. (Oral and written)
- Bachelor’s degree required, and 4 to 6 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Be an honest team player, growth-oriented, ability to do whatever it takes; safely!
- Must be able to estimate and process field change orders with a sense of urgency
- Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail.
- Review and promote the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment.
- Computer proficiency. (Microsoft preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds; noise level is usually moderate.
