Box Office Associate Jobs

This is a part-time, hourly position working in the box office at Lynn Family Stadium during Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC home matches, and occasional non-soccer events throughout the season.

Essential Duties:

Processes orders at the ticket window.

Provides excellent customer service to fans.

Resolved issues when they arise and escalate concerns to management, if necessary.

Provide information and assistance regarding present and future games/events.

Understand and demonstrate an understanding of stadium policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to learn and operate the SeatGeek ticketing system.

Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check.

Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the US.

Soccer Holdings, LLC., is the parent company of professional Football clubs Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both teams call Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood home and operate out of the Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Louisville City launched in 2015 and quickly established a winning tradition, claiming USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion member in 2021. The organization is rounded out by a comprehensive youth academy with the goal to develop players one day poised to join the professional ranks.
