Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and Data Entry:
Effortlessly manage accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including financial transactions, invoices, and accounting data.
Maintain and update financial records, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly.
Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in financial data with a proactive approach to resolution.
Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Uphold compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Communications
Play an active role in developing marketing proposals, conducting research, and gathering relevant data and statistics.
Creatively format proposal documents while ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Showcase your linguistic flair by proofreading and editing proposal content for clarity and quality.
Support the communications team in maintaining proposal templates, case studies, and marketing collateral.
Create engaging content for various communication channels, including websites, social media, and newsletters.
Assist in research efforts and compile information for reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in related roles such as bookkeeping, data entry, or communications is a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices preferred.
Additional education or certification in accounting, bookkeeping, communications, and/or marketing strongly preferred.
