Bookkeeper Jobs

The Bookkeeper at The Peach Truck is responsible for assisting the Senior Accountant in processing of all accounts payable and receivable. QuickBooks experience is required, NetSuite experience would be an advantage. The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with competing priorities will be essential.

Responsibilities:

● Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supporting the Full Time team in administrative tasks.

● Maintains bookkeeping services by organizing filing systems, and overseeing clerical functions.

● Regularly receives the mail and distributes to the appropriate departments. ● Executes all bookkeeping procedures including bank deposits.

● Ad hoc accounting support and projects.

● Sits in on leadership meetings and take notes/organizes action items.

● Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

● Proven experience as a bookkeeper or relevant role.

● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management. ● Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Mac iOS, GSuite, documents, and spreadsheets required. NetSuite experience is a bonus.

● Strong problem-solving skills, working independently in the absence of supervision, and under narrow time constraints.
