Due to continued growth, Trusteer Financial is expanding our team and is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper based in Columbus, Ohio. This role is remote and will coordinate with the Accounting and Operations teams.


As a Bookkeeper, you will...


  • Process payroll accurately and punctually, ensuring timely submission of payroll taxes.
  • Manage all aspects of the accounts payable function, including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger with accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations as required.
  • Handle accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing, depositing funds, collections, and recognizing revenue.


Here's What You Need...


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
