Bookkeeper: $35K - $50K

TGG Accounting has partnered with a client in the Beachwood area of Cleveland who is seeking to add a full-charge bookkeeper to their established accounting team.

Compensation Rang: $35k - $50k DOE

Schedule: 5 days in office

Overview:

• Manage the accounts payable process by coding invoices, submitting for proper approval, and processing for payment.
• Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed.
• Be familiar with and be responsible for adherence to all compliance policies and procedures.
• Gather annual tax return information for each client.
• Prepare internal invoices and manage collections.
• Process and review all transactions for assigned accounts daily.
• Manage and maintain timely and accurate cash account records at all times. Includes posting of cash receipts, monthly bank reconciliations, and forecasting future cash needs as necessary to ensure entities are adequately funded to meet obligations.

Client Service:

• Establish a level of trust and confidence with the client so that any issue can be addressed, and solutions offered
• Develop a knowledge of the client's entire financial and family situation
• Proactive, regular communication with clients
• Anticipate future client needs to ensure quality client service

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Client-centered focus
• 1 year of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Quickbooks, and Xero.
