Bioinformatics Ml Engineer (Unpaid Internship)

This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience developing cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for bioinformatics as an intern at Magen Consulting Group and Ask Mendel AI.

As an AI/ML-focused bioinformatics analyst, you will:

• Build a portfolio of real-world AI/ML projects and skills
• Design, train and optimize innovative AI models on biological data
• Work at the exciting intersection of biology, bioinformatics, and AI/ML
• Directly collaborate with scientists to integrate biology into models
• Potentially publish or present your work at conferences
• Apply advanced techniques like natural language processing, deep learning, and knowledge graphs
• Access a network of AI/ML professionals and innovators
• Visualize and interpret complex datasets using creative solutions
• Learn from experienced mentors in AI/ML and bioinformatics

You should have:

This is a 3-month remote unpaid internship with a flexible start in September 2023.
