Billing Operations Coordinator Jobs

We're looking for a Billing Operations Coordinator to join our Finance team in New York.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Billing Operations. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering information for annual audit
• Manage Finance and Partner Questionnaire's
• Generate Monthly Client Reporting
• Manage SFDC Cases
• Maintain Account Updates on Customer Profiles
• Manage Client Portal uploads
• Support other members of the Billing Dept. as needed

Qualifications

• Proactive work ethic and ability to perform with minimal supervision
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Excel and other financial applications, and Salesforce
• Ad-tech, advertising or media publishing industry experience highly preferred
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
