Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:

In this role, you will ensure that all billing information sent out to our care providers and clients based on service contract terms is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Process electronic timekeeping issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve any billing or payroll discrepancies
  • Foster excellent provider communication by answering any questions or concerns regarding timekeeping
  • Stay ahead of timesheet issues by notifying providers if corrections or actions necessary for accurate timekeeping need to be completed
  • Compile and report ad hoc billing and payroll data

You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person once a month at our corporate office.

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office as well as Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to multi-task efficiently in a time-sensitive manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
