THE ROLE:
In this role, you will ensure that all billing information sent out to our care providers and clients based on service contract terms is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Process electronic timekeeping issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve any billing or payroll discrepancies
- Foster excellent provider communication by answering any questions or concerns regarding timekeeping
- Stay ahead of timesheet issues by notifying providers if corrections or actions necessary for accurate timekeeping need to be completed
- Compile and report ad hoc billing and payroll data
You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person once a month at our corporate office.
The expected California Pay Range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office as well as Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task efficiently in a time-sensitive manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
