Billing Coordinator – Santa Monica, California

How we LEAD:

Universal Music Group’s Central Media Team is seeking a self-motivated Billing Coordinator to help manage the current billing and invoice system. This role will work directly with the labels, vendors and internal finance representatives to create smooth and efficient payment processes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working in music, interested and experienced in finance related administrative and data entry level tasks, and curious about digital marketing and advertising. Applicants should be based in LA and have reliable transportation to and from our offices in Santa Monica.
