Schedule requirements; 5 days per week, 11:00am-7:30pm including weekends

The anticipated wage range for this position is 25 - $27 / hour

Lead dinner prep and execution

Lead other cooks to high quality food, temperature and presentation

Communicate and resolve any issues with front of the house managers and staff

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of cooking experience

Minimum 3 years as lead cook, sous chef or kitchen manager
