Summary

We have a full-time opportunity for a Billing Clerk to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Cost accounting
  • Posting of vehicle sales and rebates
  • Review and send out Payoff Checks
  • Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold
  • Assist with month end closing tasks and procedures
  • Reviewing for accuracy and packaging automotive retail and lease contracts and customer paperwork
  • Track missing documents and problems connected with your responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
