Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity
• Month End Closing Activities
• Effectively present information to dealership personnel.
• Costing and finalizing deals into accounting
• Perform various other accounting responsibilities as needed.
• Receive and process paperwork from the Sales and F&I Department
• Perform other duties as assigned by the office management
• Maintain ownership and upkeep of schedules
• Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
• Post Vehicle Sales and Purchases
• Ability to Multitask
• Balance and post day to day balancing activities

Qualifications

• Fast learner with the ability to handle change and a demanding environment
• Professional personal appearance
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong Computer experience with (Internet, MS Office)
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Experience with CDK a plus
• Ability to work independently and with a team
