Behavior Specialist Jobs

We are currently hiring experienced and reliable behavior interventionist to provide one-to-one behavioral support at family home.

Responsibilities will include supporting with daily activities such as brushing teeth, getting dressed, and teaching early academic skills. Candidate will also have knowledge of positive behavior support strategies.

Salary: Competitive - DOE

Location: Brentwood, Los Angeles

Position: Permanent, part time employed – Live-Out

Hours: 30 flexible hours per week - Monday – Friday

Holiday: TBC

Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken communication skills.
• Minimum one year experience working with young children (2 - 7 years old) with developmental disabilities, behavioral issues.
• Degree in special education, child development, communication disorders, or psychology

:

• Provide direct behavior support and implement intervention strategies under the direction of the client’s BCBA.
• Collaborate with teachers and allied health professionals (speech therapists, occupational therapists)

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on education and experience.
• Part-time (30 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule – sessions available Monday through Saturday
