As a Bodacious Barista you’ll impact our customers through excellent service and carefully-crafted products. You’ll be in an energetic store environment where you’ll work alongside friends and meet new people every day. We believe our baristas can be the brightest moment in a customer’s day. The Bodacious Brew is nestled inside The Bodacious Shops at the corner of Palafox and Main Streets in downtown Pensacola, the hub of friendly neighborhood energy.

A day in the life of….

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

Required Experience

Good news! No previous experience is required. We believe that if we hire someone with strong work-ethic, a great personality and a desire to learn, we can teach you what you need to know to be a great Barista.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Days and hours will vary to include evening and weekend work according to business needs.

Physical Demands

The key physical requirements of this position includes the ability to walk and stand for an extended period of time, bending, stooping, able to lift up to 25 pounds, and the use of standard kitchen equipment.
