Primary Functions: Installation of various vehicle interior/exterior parts according to specifications and using hand tools, power tools, and production fixtures. Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40#'s without assistance.
  • Safety glasses
  • Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools such as: to drills, screw gun.
  • Must have general knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.
  • Seals joints and seams, using caulking gun.
  • Ability to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area.
  • Earplugs
  • Ability to work from various squatting, kneeling or bending positions.
  • Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices.
  • Ability to stand at a workstation for ten hours a day (minus specified breaks.)
  • Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions. The noise level in the work environment is elevated. Experience:
  • Ability to work with arms above head.
  • Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
  • Installation of all nonelectrical interior/exterior components and hardware.

  • Bolts, screws, clips, or otherwise fastens together parts to form subassemblies, such as doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units.
  • One year experience in a related manufacturing environment preferred Personal Protective Equipment Recommended and/or Required:
  • Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
  • Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
